It conducts research, for example, into chemical composition and structure of coffee-bean and its caffein's disposition. The purpose is to help the head office Demus in obtaining optimum conditions during the decaffeination in order to obtain also a product quality improvement and a continuos benchmarking activity.
Demus Lab moreover collaborates with external laboratories and other structures, also with the universities, for its research activities about coffee.
