Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and Registered Chemist
Demus Sales Manager, he busies himself with analysis, advice and training services trades.
From 2001 he carried out the training activities at  Demus and many other customers in roasting sector, expecially in the north of Italy, keeping training courses about decaffeination,decaffeinated coffee chemistry, roasting and decaffeinated coffee cup quality of Coffee arabica and Coffee canephora.

Yves Clyford Desogbo Nguepi

Chemical engineer, PhD in Coffee Science, Technology and Economic.
Research and Development Manager R&D, he carried out production process optimum conditions, advices to roasting companies.
