The laboratory analysis of green and roasted coffee is concerning the fundamental parameters controls to guarantee the product quality and the conformity with the food standards in force.
Demus Lab agreed to the learning strategy and certifications of Speciality Coffee Association of Europe, which launched the new learning strategy named Coffee Diploma System in june 2011.
The certifications, that include a practical and a theoretical exam, are valid for the credits in the Coffee Diploma by SCAE.
